Return & Exchange Policy
At NIU, we offer a 2 day return and 7 day exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 2 days of delivery for store credit, valid for 3 months. Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Products
In the rare event you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at hello.niujewelry@gmail.com.
Return / Exchange Requirements
To process your return or exchange, the product must be sent back in its original packaging, in unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please also include:
- The original packaging
- Any accompanying certificate (if applicable)
- A copy of the invoice
Unboxing Video
We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your package. In case of any issues such as damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product, this video will be essential in submitting your return claim.
Return / Exchange Process
Returns or exchanges will only be processed once the product has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. Their decision on the condition of the item will be final and binding.
Shipping for Returns / Exchanges
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for any returns or exchanges.
Refused or Undelivered COD Orders
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the door or cannot be delivered after a reasonable number of attempts, the COD handling fee and return shipping cost are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued. Repeated refused or undelivered COD orders may result in COD no longer being offered for future orders on that account.
Exchange Policy
- If the value of the new product is higher than the original, you will be required to pay the difference.
- If the value is lower, the remaining balance will be provided as store credit, valid for 3 months.
- We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method; store credit is the only form of reimbursement.
